If you are paying for a workshop registration using a major credit card, following these instructions:

1. First, if you are registering multiple people, you will need to perform these instructions for each person
2. Enter the person’s name and email address in the appropriate fields at the bottom of the workshop description page
3. When you checkout, you may either:
   • Check out as a guest (for individual registrations)
   • Register Account (if you’re registering more than 1 person)
   If you are registering multiple people for the workshop, choose the “Register Account” option.  This allows you to create an account. When you register subsequent people, you can use your registered account to prepopulate all billing, shipping, and payment information – saving you a TON OF TIME!
4. Enter your credit card information and all required fields
5. Confirm your order
6. When you successfully register for the workshop, you will receive a confirmation email

2. Enter the person’s name and email address in the appropriate fields at the bottom of the workshop description page
3. When you checkout, you may either:
   • Check out as a guest (for individual registrations)
   • Register Account (if you’re registering more than one person)
   If you are registering multiple people for the workshop, choose the “Register Account” option.  This allows you to create an account. When you register subsequent people, you can use your registered account to prepopulate all billing, shipping, and payment information – saving you a TON OF TIME!
4. Select the “Purchase Order” payment type
5. Enter the Name of your agency, the address, and the PO number in the Customer Note field
6. Confirm your order
7. When you successfully register for the workshop, you will receive a confirmation email

Individuals who register for Key2Ed workshops are eligible for a full refund if they must cancel with at least two (2) weeks’ notice before the date of the workshop.

Cancellations received with less than two (2) weeks’ notice are not eligible for a refund.

To request a refund, please contact us via email at:  info@key2ed.com.  Be sure to include your name, email address, and the name/dates of the workshop for which you are requesting the refund.

Any item ordered from the Key2Ed, Inc. website may be returned for a full purchase price refund when the following procedure is followed:

• The returned item(s) must be received at Key2Ed’s main office within 30 days of the date of purchase as shown on your receipt
• The returned items must be in substantially the same condition as they were when shipped from Key2Ed’s office
• The returned items must exhibit no damage

Does the purchase price refund include shipping costs?

No.  Your purchase price refund will include the price you paid for the returned item(s) and any sales tax (if applicable).

When will my refund appear on my credit card?

Your refund will be processed the first business day after the item(s) are delivered to Key2Ed’s office.  It may take up to 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card account.
